Refund policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. However, in the case that you receive a damaged product or the wrong item that does not match your order, an exchange will be offered. The return should be filed within 3 days of receiving the item.

Any returns filed post 3 days, will not be accepted. Return shipping fees will be refunded for items acknowledged as being defective or incorrect. 

Before returning your items, kindly email us at info@blingthingstore.com and Whatsapp on 9681611119 with your order number, a photo of the received item and the reason to register your return. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request. Once the return request is approved by us we will arrange a pickup.

Your exchange order will be shipped within 15 days of receiving your parcel.

If the product for the exchange order is out of stock, a refund will be issued after receiving your parcel. Please allow 15 working days to process the refund.

We advise you not accept any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted if returned.

 Please note: For Cash On Delivery you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery
